Tour Van

We offer scenic Van Tours throughout the Cariboo Chilcotin Region. Our van is a specially built luxury 4x4; air-conditioned 15 passenger van, that enables us to access almost any area in safety and comfort. These tours can be combined, with various outdoor activities including biking, hiking, horseback riding, pow wows, rodeos, camping, wildlife viewing, culture tours, bird watching, pictograph viewing, photography and more. We can customize to any of your groups needs or interests. You may also combine your van tour with a cultural tour or a jetboat adventure.


Farwell Canyon

Farwell Canyon

Farwell Canyon Tour:

Visit Farwell Canyon, one of the Chilcotins most beautiful destinations. This semi- desert canyon, carved by the Chilcotin River is surrounded by hoodoo formations and sweet smelling big brush sage. We will visit some ancient First Nation picnographs, hike to the sand dunes and visit an old ranch site. Bighorn sheep may be spotted amongst the spectacular scenery. Dip netting for salmon may be arranged.

Alkali Lake/Gang Ranch Tour:

This tour offers spectacular scenery. Our journey takes us through Douglas Fir and Pine forests to wide open grasslands and huge river canyons. We mainly travel backroads, but will do this in luxury. Highlights of this tour include Alkali Lake Village and Ranch. We will also visit a wildlife sanctuary where American white pelicans and other waterfowl can be seen. We will visit some ancient native pictographs. We will make a stop to look at the old Black Dome Mine. We will have you back in Williams Lake for dinner.

SODA CREEK CIRCLE TOUR:

We will check out some of the old back roads that were the original highways to different communities. There are many farms along the benches of the Fraser River some supporting cows and others that have moved into farming food. We will cross over the famous Rudy Johnston Bridge which was put in by an individual and had a toll for all who crossed it. It is now a historical site. We will make many little stops along the way looking at interesting sites. We will be back in Williams Lake
before dinner.
